To begin the week, I ventured to the Barbican with the task of filming passerby’s facial expressions. We positioned our camera, then politely asked strangers to assist us in our filming. If they agreed, we would stand them in front of the camera and ask them to express an emotion, primarily happy or sad for ten seconds. We managed to get a few shots, however we were faced with many problems. Not many people were around and most of those that were, were not willing to help with our project. Despite this, I believe we got a satisfactory amount of shots and should be able to produce a satisfactory edit.
Our main task this week was to continue planning for the ‘Design To Sell’ project. In my group, we managed to think of an idea, find a location to film, create a storyboard and set a date for filming.
